The program teaches participants strategies for incorporating physical activity into daily life and eating healthy. Through a 26-course curriculum, lifestyle coaches help participants identify emotions and situations that can delay their success.
To be eligible to participate in the program individuals must have a BMI higher than 25, be previously diagnosed with prediabetes or gestational diabetes, or score positive for prediabetes on the CDC/ADA Prediabetes Risk Test.
